 Prehistoric World is more than just a zoo - it's an experience for all ages. See exotic reptiles and amphibians from around the world. Love plants? Check out our fascinating collection of plants from around the world. Even on the coldest winter days at Prehistoric World it's always summer, so be sure to dress for the tropical weather! Please consider wearing a t-shirt under your coat.

SITE A: FROG HOLLOW and BUG BAYOU

Visit the swamps of Frog Hollow, where you'll get your admission pass to visit a world beyond ours. While Site A is not as interactive as the next buildings, you'll be amazed by the beautiful and surprising amphibians and invertebrates in our collection!

SITE B: THE JUNGLE ROOM

Visit the jungle of Site B where you can view, hold, and interact with species from tropical and forest environments! Here you can view our beautiful tropical plant collection and marvel at the incredible diversity of reptiles Earth has to offer. The highlight of many people's trip to Prehistoric World!

SITE C: TURTLE TOWN

Site C is home to the turtles - many of them rescues. Learn about how so many turtles ended up in our care and why it is so important to understand the commitment of having turtles before owning one! In this building you can interact with the turtles as well as some other rescue reptiles that are quite impressive!
